Received past due notice, on account # 0000-0000-0000-8630, for what appears as a user fee for there fuel credit card. I have called several times to above number, with no help at all, all I got was being transfered to some one else, and then disconnected. Then I received a letter from TransUnion Credit that GE Money Bank reported me as 30 days past due, which affected my credit report. Then I received a letter from US Bank that my credit has been reduced due to information received from TransUnion Credit. If I did not pay the user fee, then, my fuel cred card should have been cancelled at most. I should not have to be going thru all of this. How many other people have been affected by this proactice.
