I live w / my family on the BIG ISLAND OF HAWAII. 2 1/2 yr. S ago we purchased the Prime Quest water system because we live on catchment water... (rain water) Totally convinced that we were doing the best for our family, and small home business. After we purchased our first set of 'new filters".. That needs to be changed to keep up with maintenance we had to have our first inspection and check for the system... IT NEVER HAPPENED! For a year and a half we have been struggling to pay and maintain the system ourselves. It's been a year now that we cannot use it at all,
No help, no call back no nothing... Unless you want to order new filters!!! They'll accept your money but will not keep up with any warranty, or answer any questions!!! If i knew this ahead of time i would have never gave it a second thought!!! We live simple and feel like this was such a huge caring investment for our family, only to be burned and snobbed by the people who took our monies! Ughhhhhh the frustration and stress of this piece of rubbish... We threw money away.
