This complaint qualifies for a class action suit. BIG RIP OFF AND MISREPRESENTATION ON THEIR WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM!!! On the unit alone, the picture on their brochure shows 2 big tanks but they install one big and one small tank. They claim to have a double softener, but the water falls under "very hard" category when tested on its hardness. Their Reverse Osmosis leave traces of minerals and impurities which is not suppose to be. This is what you get on a $8,000 complete water purification system!!! Stop this company from fooling people!!! TO GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES: FAST ACTION IS NEEDED TO STOP THEM, Consumers are hurting!
