Hair in Food

I was eating a Roast Beef sandwich and all of a suuden I noticed a strand of really thick medium length hair in my food which to me looked like genetal hair. I complained and all they did was offer a replacement sandwich. They didn't even try to find out if it was in the meat or if it came from one of the employees making sandwiches. Disgusting!
