I have been a regular customer of Arby's here since I moved to Columbiana. I am one of your customers who stop late and did appreciate you being open late. I stop at least 2 times or more a week for dinner plus the late night stops. I know what size I get when I order roast beef sandwich's, I had just ate there yesterday and got a roast beef #3 meal. And just love the onion rings. I have a bad back and today I did not feel like cooking and having to do dishes so I ran over and got just 2 #2 roast beef sandwiches I had to stop at the drug store before I came home and was there about 45 minutes. I opened the bag and these sandwiches wrapped in paper on a bun no bigger then your junior roast beefs that I get when I stop late at night, and there was just a tad bit more meat on it then a junior roast beef. I take my mother there often also and she gets the regular roast beef sandwich and this was NO bigger then one of those. I called in and some lady answered the phone I could not understand her name as it was said very fast. I told her that I was just in and stated I had gotten " A #2 roast beef sandwich and she cut me off saying it had 5oz of meet on it as she made it herself" I did not even get to tell her that I had gotten 2 of them and she was sure she made the one as she stated. And why did she cut me off saying it had 5oz of meat before I even got to say why I had called. She knew she gave me 2 small sized regulars, I said to her that I was just there the day before and got a #3 roast beef and this was not even close to being half the size of that meal. She said oh well it had 5oz she made it herself and was rude about it. I started to say something more... And was cut off with her saying did I want something as that had 5oz of meat and that's that. I said no never mind I will take this to the corporate office. I told her with her rude manners and way of talking to a customer she had no business in that position. She said turn it in she could care less. I will NOT go back to that store again unless I get an apology from the RUDE Manager and 2 sandwiches that are the correct size. The tone she alone was awful let alone not even letting me speak without interrupting me
