POOR Management! - Steak Dinne

Ate at the Logan Twp NJ Applebee's.
The steak was like shoe leather and the baked potato was cold. Sent the potato back and the replacement was room temperature. My daughter's french fries were also cold. The management was inndifferent. Contacted the corporate office Medallion, and never received the courtesy of a response. BEST ADVICE - Don't Eat at Applebee's!
