I took my car for repairs to the rear end bumper. After I received it back the headlights looked as if they had been removed and not placed back properly, the dashboard had been altered (I could see through the air vents into the inside of the dashboard), now the car engine is vibrating and tries to overheat. I had none of these problems before and I have been driving an average of 300 miles a week for the last eighteen months. My engine has been changed! The police will not take a report or investigate, they say it is a civil matter. There should be an agency that investigates complaints of criminal wrongdoing, but everyone says it is a civil matter.
