Foreclosurelistings.com offers a $99 per year service to track foreclosure listings. Naively, I selected this rather than the $3.95 weekly trial. Big mistake.
When I tried to cancel a day later after discovering Foreclosurelistings.com showed 6 listings compared to a competitor's selection of over 20, I tried to cancel. No dice. The only billing contact is ccbill, the online credit card site.ccbill didn't refund.
An email to foreclosurelistings.com elicited a reply claiming they update their listings at least weekly. No offer of a refund. I consider it a lesson. Buyer beware.
