I very specifically asked gerad to clean out the bottom of the cup with hot water. He did put tap cold water and then a little bit of tap water. I said " it is not clean". He put hot water all the way to the top. And put it down for me to pick up. Gerad said "we dont wash your dishes here." So I asked the next guy on duty to clean my cup. He very nicely clean the bottom of my cup and put hot water in my cup and asked me if there was anything else i would like.
I felt like Gerad did not care. Why do I have to give him a reason why I want him to clean my cup. I got so frustrated I said "Im homeless, I do have a place to wash my dishes." and he STILL did not apologize. I am used to being treated with respect at Starsbuck. And I always want to be treated with dignity. How dare he insult me like that. When I asked him to clean my cup again, he called me "stubborn" under his breath and then ignored my request and went on the next customer like nothing happened.
