I returned a flexbelt and called for the procedure. I was told to send it back with invoice and they would credit my card within 7-10 business days. When this did not happen, I contacted them and before they even checked to see if they received it, I was asked for the traacking number which I did not have because it was sent through the mail. Once they knew I didn't have a tracking number they basically told me too bad and that they never received it and were very rude and unapologetic.
This is one of the worst cases of customer service I have ever experienced and the company is stealing legally from customers. I will be taking my case to Better Business Bureau as well as the proper athorities.
