I signed up for this online auction site in Nov '10 without really understanding what was involved (I'm 81). After bidding on 1 item the first day and using up 82 of the 250 points, I phoned and asked to have my account closed and the unused points refunded to my credit card. I was told that would be done. I have emailed and phoned many times with the same promise, but no results - see below.
