I purchased $70.00 worth of penny auctions and I saw that the company practices appeared deceptive I called immediately and asked for a refund. I was initially told that it would take 7-10 days to receive a refund. After that time had passed I called back a second time and was told that they were having probelmes with their computers and it would take a little longer to process. Well after another week or two I called a 3rd time and by this time I asked to speak with a supervisor and to give me a corporate office number. The person I spoke to told me I should receive it shortly that since I have waited for so long that they will put my refund in as priority. At the same time the number that I was given for a corporate office was the same number as the customer service number. After I saw that this was going no where I contacted the Better Business Bureau for them to contact them and I received a response from them that they tried to make contact with the company and got no response. Now mind you this was December. I tried to get back online and know I can not find the website. Wow is all I can say people just lack integrity these days anything to get a buck. Don't care about anyone but there own pockets!!!
