Bidmacs, Anita, confirmed that she would facilitate my refund and I should see a credit to my credit card within 10-days. Well, that was on 12/2. It's now 1/27, and I have not received my refund. I have called several times to follow-up and was told "it's in the works". I'm fed up. I think we should ban together and file a class action law-suit against this company.By the way, Bidmacs has taken down their customer support web-page and no-one answers their phone - - just an answer machine... I wonder why??? A lot of frustrated customers.
