Bidmacs penny auctions I bid and win the items. Bidmacs made an excuses and didn't send out my items and pocket $615 for themself

I bid an items on bidmacs and won but they make an excuse not to send me the items that i won by bidding. The items i won was bid at $10.26 and is cost 60 cents per bids so bidmacs pocket roughly $615 and make some lame excuses that they aren't send my camera that won.
