I purchased furniture San Marino gray and black from them and it is supposed to be same day delivery. I didn't get mine until the next evening yet and still never got my swivel chair. 2 months later which was last night march 22 my chair arrives and they want more money after it was paid for even the delivery fee was paid. So i asked to speak to the manager several times they put 5 people on the phone other than the manager. They were very rude to me and my husband i told them i refuse to pay them any more money, would you rather take a 69 dollar loss or 598 dollar loss and they still wanted more money! So the result was no chair. Went to pick my money up and they gave me 460 back that's almost 200 dollars they got out of me free. What should i do? I have tried to call everyone. I just want all my money back and i will never go there again, i am very upset.
