Normally I would not post anything. My
experience with HP's tech support went fairly well. I was required to pre-pay to send my computer in for repair, understandable. When I checked my banking info an hour later I had been charged TWO times. After spending over an hour on the phone with HP and getting absolutely no where I phoned my bank. The bank can do nothing without HP on the phone to say they double charged and it should be refunded. BEWARE of HP financial policies.
