I bought a cnc plasma table for EZ CUT CNC with the understanding I could get a full refund of purchase price if I was not 100% satisfied and now they are not willing to take it back for full amount. It was stated on web site that it was 100% money back until I wanted my money back, now that is gone.
We have had nothing but trouble with it for the last 6 months and it seems they don't have a fix for it. They have had people from Multicam the company that made the system twice and there own tech support person here for 5 days.
We get all kinds of error mesages and the hight control will not keep working, there is no end in sight
