Hh gregg is known for negoiating on the price, and thats what drew me to them in the first place, since the other big box stores do not! They reduce pricing at there convience and claim a whole list of reasons why. There price guarantee dosent work with their own sales only thier competitors. I bought a plasma and wanted a bigger one, the salesman stated there was a unconditional return policy for ten days. That is true but he didnot tell me about the restocking fee of 10%. I looked at a comparable model within a couple hundred dollars, yet they would not honor the same $250 discount they previously gave me on the first purchase. I find this odd, since they were willing to keep the same discount on other tv"s i looked at. Bottom line i quess is all salesman are snakes, do your reserch, ask for written policies. I left feeling very unsatisfied and disappointed about my new big screen plasma purchase that i have waited so long to get. Not the excitement one would think they would feel after spending $2500.00
