Luckily I didn't fall for their rip off, but I still want to warn others. I had noticed a truck on their lot. Had my husband call to get more info about it. All he wanted to know was what year it was, how many miles, and how much they were asking. The salesman called my husband's cell phone 10 times in a matter of 2 hours. He told us the truck was moved to another lot, then another lot, and then yet another lot. We were going to drive the hour to go see the truck, but then the salesman said he had already filed a transfer request on the truck and the truck would be at his house that evening. It was a Saturday and they were closing, so he couldn't have it transferred to the lot. We told him we were not ready to buy anything yet, but were simply checking around. We even told him we didn't have any money to put down. He tole us he would take a post dated check and hold it and the truck until we got the money. Things are really fishy by this point. He sets us up to come in first thing Monday morning. Now we get a chance to find out the year and mileage. 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 with 126 some odd thousand miles. My husband starts the truck, and first thing you hear is a squeal in the engine. The mirror is broke on the driver side (heated mirror, not cheap to replace), the dash is cracked, dents all over the truck, rear bumper is all mangled on one side. To me, all points to get a lower price. So, we decide to hear out what the guy has to say. He goes to talk to the sales manager. Comes back with the selling price, our down payment, and our bi weekly payment. I didn't find out the down payment or bi-weekly payment because he told us the selling price was $11,595. I said there was no way I would pay that much for that truck. He said that was the selling price. I told him to keep trying to sell it because I wasn't getting ripped off. When I got home, I looked up the blue book on it, retail price in excellent condition was only $5595. So, beware if you even consider buying from them.
