I stored my property with the above mentioned self storage facility. I stored things at this location for a good 10 months and before 12 months was over, i had lost all my belongings! They did NOT contact me. I want accountability and will not stop until i get it. My last payment was April and by June (according to the paperwork) they auctioned off my property!
We went to arbitration in March and it was not awarded in either of our favors. I will pursue this further even if we have to go to court. I will not accept their decree of injustice and will fight this case.
