On May 22 I opened my storage and only a washer and dryer were left, and a few other things. Everything else was gone. My property was only there from April 2-May 22. I was moving into my house and my niece and I placed all our belongings into storage. Everything, they took everything right down to our cloths.
The storage tried to blame me, they kept saying that I had the key. I did, but it was in my Dad's truck and never removed from his truck.
Everything we own was in there. These people could care less. They never even tried in any way to help or show us any compassion.
I feel they are mixed up some how, the people live right there on the property. You have to drive by their living quarters to get out of the place. WE went back a few days later and they would not even give us our deposit back. They said we did not give them a notice that we were vacating the storage.
No insurance, nothing, everything is gone, everything.
