EA Fraudulently billed my account re: pogo games, no one answers at the 650-628-1500 number and can get no assistance from pogo, have waited on line over 20 minutes with no assistance

I found a charge on my online banking services for 39.99 recur db crd electronic arts in which I did not authorize.

I phoned the number my bank provided me of 650-628-1500 several times only to get a message stating the offices were closed and there is no one to assist you

I pulled up the website for electronic arts and have called their customer service several days in a row only to have wait times of 20 or more minutes.

Can not reach club pogo for assistance either, am very discouraged, please contact me if you can assist me.
