No service and doesn't care

I bought a HP desktop in late August, with in a month the computer wasn't working. Contacted HP, worked with a state-side tech, still couldn't get to work. He referred me to a more advanced section who could not get the computer to. So it was decided that they would send me a set of recovery disks and charged me for them. Then a tech called and helped me apply the disks—they did not work. Now my computer is wiped clean, it is an empty shell. The tech said that HP would send me new guts (which I have to find someone to install). That has been several weeks and nothing has arrived. There has been two calls delaying the delivery. Today I called and was told that was told that someone called twice yesterday but no message was left. They don't know what to send me. I don't know where to go now. I have asked to speak to supervisors but have been refused twice.
