I've used this calling card for a very long time. There have been a few instances when I've been less than satisfied w/the card's performance, but hadn't called their Customer Service... Until just now.
After dialing the phone number I was calling, I wrote down the number of minutes the card's automated system told me I had for that particular call (this is something I always do when using El Chavo calling cards).in the past, this has generally been accurate, give or take a couple of minutes, and if/when there has been a discrepancy (one occasion that I can recall), I've called their Customer Service # and the missing number of minutes have been credited to my card. That did not happen today.
The call I made today was abruptly cut off more than 15 mins. Before the allotted time, and w/no automated warning at least letting me know that I had one remaining minute, or something to that affect. So I called their Customer Service, expecting that the system would correct its error and credit my card w/the missing 15 mins.
The operator that answered my call talked circles around an explanation that made no sense... She gave me the run around when I asked to speak w/her supervisor... And when her supervisor finally got on the phone, he proceeded to give me the same cock-n-bull run around I'd already had the privilege of hearing. Without even letting me get my point across to him, he then HUNG UP ON ME!!!
What the F*@K kind of company is this??!!!??!!
I'm getting Vonage, and to hell w/this morons!
Have you been taken by this company??? I filed an official complaint with the Federal Trade Commission:
