On July 6 I made a calling card call from San Bernardino, California to Santa Ana, California.
The call was three minutes long, Zero Plus Dialing, Inc. / Opticom charged me $17.71 for the three minute call.
I called their (888) 507-0734 to question this charge. The operator was of no help. According to her, the charges are so high because I dialed "0". However, I remembered dialing my calling card 800 number and being redirected to an operator. I asked for an address to Zero Plus Dialing, Inc. So I can dispute the charges. The operator said "You can only be help through this number" and refused to give me an address. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she disconnected me. I still cannot find their address.
I would like for Zero Plus Dialing to withdraw the charges and to take me out of their "collection" list.
