I know this company wont care about making it right as the customer service i recieved in a flagship store was beyond awfull the staff were rude in fact i dont actually know if it was there job to make the customer feel as uncomfortable as possible and to have 0 knowledge of the stock and to just stand around chatting while you not only struggle to see and move but find it hard to think as the volume of the music is so loud you would be forgiven for thinking you had walked into some kind of indie bar or club, the unwilling staff are not the only thing letting thm down the shop was layed out badly and people could barely move i do recall a time where only a certain amount of people were allowed in at one time if it was becoming crowded the que was huge and not that i expected an apology anyway due to the vacant expressions on the staffs faces i didnt get one. I am very dissapointed and yes people will always shop there because of the brand name but they could make more sales if they employed commpatent staff which i doubt there is any danger of that happening. So overall i dont reccomend it at all. I just want add i would say to use the internet but... After reading reviews from hollister online shopping i wouldnt bother.
