I hate that when i call for refills these dam reps sound like robots every freakin reps says the same dam thing. U know every other company i call sound like normal people but when u call caremark they are reading a script that is not normal. When i call i want it to be quick but then i have to wait for them to finish the dam script by that time i forgot what i was calling about, get rid of the dam script who ever thought of this i hope ur doing it cause it sux!!!
