Sam Galloway Ford, has ripped me off for the last time, letting you know just incase someone cares 1st of all they tired to scam me on a new ford ranger, my dad worked for ford buffalo stamping plant, I went to Sam Galloway Ford to buy a new ford under the A plan I picked out the ranger XLT white, had 3. Miles I ordered it with over size tires and new rims Tahoe cover, when I came in to pick it up they switched it with a used truck that had over 5000. Miles on it had a few scratches on it so, I started to look it over then I see the vin number don't match, they tired to make me buy it anyway, I refused and requested my money back, they would not give it, so I call the state attorneys office fraud division they sent out a officer met me in parking lot went over paper work then he went in with a few uniform cops and was going to take everyone involved to jail so they got I a check right away, and I did not press charges, I got a ranger at don Gasgarth, then a new van E260 then a new e350 box truck, [ 2nd time Sam Galloway Ford for transmision trouble under warranty they kept saying nothing wrong with transmision till mileage reached 99950. Still under warranty transmision went out in south Naples they toe' ed to Sam Galloway Ford, they said its not under warranty because it has 100002 mikes I said it only had 99950 when it broke down, got me know where, so I got a quote to put in a rebuilt transmision they told me $1700.00 but they said it would be cheaper to fix old one I said, ok fix old one it was over $3200.00, I protested but paid, so I could getmy truck back then when I went to my 1st job and open up my box their is a hole in roof I called ford they ask me too bring it in, I did and seen that they put it on lift and raised it into fire sprinkler they refused to fix and said I should have pointed it out when I picked it up, I did not know I have to check roof when I get transmision rebuilt [3rd time ] started leaking fuel real bad was near Sam Galloway Ford so I pulled in their they said you fuel pumps leaking around $800.00 plus to fix next day drove home an parked it still smelled fuel, I called them they said it just some old fuel and will go away 1st job 2 weeks later, that's the 1st time, drove since they fixed it, the jobs in port charlotte, used a lot of fuel to and smell got worse, pulled into don Gasgarth they said its under warranty, then they charged me [$247.00 ] saying that the fuel cap is leaking and spraying on fuel pump they told me that Sam Galloway Ford miss diagnose the leak because the cap was spraying on fuel pump and made it look like the pump was leaking, I told Sam Galloway Ford, they said it must have been leaking too, [now the last straw it has had a oil leak for ever, all of a sudden it got worse so I not wanting to take it to Sam Galloway Ford, I said I'll take it apart to find leak one of the bolts that hold on the high pressure oil pump was stripped out, so I took out everything to get to it, the turbo, fuel pump, fuel filter reservoir, all the lines, and the wire ring hardness, put in a he la coil and fixed leak put it back together but kept shutting off, and then would not start, I called around town everyone said that to run a complete diagnostic I have to go to ford, so I took it to Sam Galloway Ford, they said $100. For a diagnostic to tell me what is wrongs with it, I said ok, they told me their was a short in wire harness, and I needed to replace sensor # F4TZ-9F838-A and they said, if I replaced it and it did not start that they would charge me another $100.00 to test it again, but if they did the work, and it did not start they would run test again so I said ok, save all old parts when I picked it up, I asked to see parts, the tech said that the part he replaced is hard to get at and you can't see and he threw the old one away, but he had old wire harness, just to let you know the air filter was off and all that stuff is out the way, also had a very low tire on front I asked them if they could air it up they said they don't have a chuck to fit my valve stem, when they started it up it kept misfiring and ruining ruff, they said, we can run another test for $100.00, I said no, I'll figure it out then I noticed the poor job they did replacing the wire harness, so I got a camera and made a video of me taking it apart and fixing it while I was at it I looked for the part that they replaced, the part they said they replaced was the same old one, it even still have oil in the cap from when I had took all the wires out of the way and oil had sprayed on it when I took the lines loose from high pressure oil pump so I ran my finger under it because their was a burr on the under side where I had tried to take out before I went to ford but I don't have a open end wrench that's thin, to fit that's how the burr got their, well it's the same old one they ripped me off again and I would like for someone who cares and has the power to do something about it to contact me I will be happy to meet you, I like ford and it's a shame to have bad dealers messing up your good name, and of course anything you can do to make up for these bad experiences would be great, I would like my money back at the very least you can call me at 239-470-5094 anytime you can have or view a copy of DVD and you may inspect it the reason it was running ruff was the wire harness they replaced had a bare wire and would you pushed accelerator the motor would move and wire would short out I had to redo everything the correct way
