On 1/7, my vehicle was towed tom to Richmond Ford for diagnostic check. Service Advisor Jason Afieri informed, fuel pump, fuel filter and upper intake hose needed replacement. Prior to going to Richmond, my car was taken to Haley Ford and Amacco Auto for diagnostic check. On both occasions diagnostic checks reflected fuel pump and fuel filter, no upper intake hose was needed. This information is indicated on receipts & paperwork. Richmond Ford deliberately damged my car for additional charges, $101 part and $90 labor.in addition to the above, Ford drained my battery leaving it dead.
