Double Dipping on Banking Charges

I have a Home Equity Line of Credit, Mortgage Line of Credit, and Personal Line of Credit. I had signed a form for automatic payment to be drafted out my account for each of the above account. I have received several calls from the company that they are charging me a late fees of $39.00 and interest of $1.48 per day; and I was even told by Chris today that they don't have to honor their agreement on any of these loans. The statement date Feb 10 and due date March 7. I was asked today to pay $363.00 and I would still be late on March 7.

I have spoken with the banking directly in my town, and they had removed the late fees, and when I gotten my statement today, it was replaced back onto my bill. This is incorrective action by Wells Fargo Bank, and I am in the process of stopping all my direct deposit, and removing my account from Wachovia/Wells Fargo bank.
