Judge Frank McGuire was the judge that my son Tevin R James had to go before in a settlement hearing that was did by the Attorney Benton Person and DA Walt Merrell, Assi. DA Patrick Juvenile officers David Perice and Seth well the attorney told me my mother my son my father that he had him a plea of Sexual Misconduct and he would have to do 4 weeks in DYS or Probation so the Judge read everything and my son went from his plea bargain of sexual misconduct to rape2 plea so i ask for a withdraw of the plea and i was told by the attorney we had 14 days so i wrote a letter me and my son for a withdraw of the plea not one time in the court room did the Judge say once you make this plea as being a Juvenile you can not withdraw from it and the judge denied the withdraw saying a juvenile make a plea it can not be withdraw then i wrote an appeal letter and me and my son took this and he have yet to even sign it and his assi. Said the judge stated even with the appeal my son will still have to do his time and the time in dys went from 4 weeks up to 6 months I took prove of the attorney with the conflict of intrest and the judge did nothing. Then the Judge stated inside the court room what is said as my son being a juvenile it was not to leave the chambers well this girl and her mother put it on face book the girl even sent my son a text message asking for $100 or she would say he rape her and the judge did nothing and did not even give my son a chance for a trial and i want to file a complaint against him.
