I do not like writing complaints but I feel others should be warned about Priceline Cruises extremely poor customer service. It took hours to speak to a person just to find out my cruise was never booked, even though I received a confirmation with paid in full and zero balance. Now I am stuck with $1500 in airfare fees and no cruise! Priceline's response is spend $2000 more for a grand suite! I'm way past disgusted, never again!
