On February 25 simplexcity unknowingly took $500.00 from my debit card. When I contacted my financial.institution. I was told that there was nothing they could do for me until the transaction is placed off pending status. I was told to call Monday the 28 of February so they can let me know who gave access to my funds. This is unacceptable and very unfortunate for those who struggle day to day to survive (as I am one of these people). Something had to be done this company is very unethicaland should be taking out of business for there poor business habits.
