PRIVATEPHONEAGENT.com DRAPER UT charged me $18.95 in February 14. I have used their website once to look up an address and agreed to pay only $1:00 for that service. Then the RecordLtd.com charged $18.95 per month on my debit card from March to July without my knowledge and agreement. I closed my debit card in August to avoid further charges, not even remembering at the time where these charges were coming from and for what reason. I did not agree to pay anything other than $1.00 and did NOT sign up for a monthly membership.
I have requested a refund in the amount of $112.70 from Joanne Berger, Head of Customer Service of RecordLtd.com on 12/21 and haven't heard back from her ever since. Today, I sent another email to for refund.
I call this rip off and unfair transaction.
