I request a 4 star hotel in miami beach
and after making the mistake of choosing the secret hotel deal and paid in full, i was send to a hotel without a pool or any place to sit outside, no parking facilities. 3 blocks away from the beach. After 4 calls travelocity did ignore my request to change hotels. Please stay away from travelocity. Its fraud and they dont care about you.
