I went online to what I thought was the official UGG Boot of Australia Company and ordered 2 pair of boots. I used my credit card to pay for one pair of womans size 10 boots and my debit card to pay for the second pair as a gift for my granddaughter.
Over the next 3 weeks I received 4 pair of what looked like UGG Boots from 4 different companies, all sent from Beijing, Cn. All of the companies had a different name and all came out of Beijing. Three were charges to the credit card and 1 went on the debit card.
Two companies did have e-mail addresses so I requested the address so I could return the boots but one company said they were sorry the boots didn't please me but didn't give a return address. The second company refused to give me an address also. The rep. Suggested I keep the boots for myself, give them as gifts to family or friends or sell them on E-Bay to make much money and become a VIP customer and get special treatment on my next order.
I'm now in the tetious process of dispuiting the charges on my credit and debit card but the real kicker is even though the boots say size 10, none of them are the same size. I'm guessing they range between a 71/2 wide to a size 9. To big for me and to small for my granddaughter.
I've ordered on the internet for years and have never had one problem. Now and I have 4 of them. What really scares me is how many more things am I going to receive and have to dispute before I can get this mess cleaned up.
