I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my grandaughter, they were the wrong size and I attempted to contact the seller to exchange the boots or receive credit. All repeated attempts to contact them have failed, and now i am out more than $100, and my grandaughter still has no boots. It's clear now that the boots were fake Uggs, because she tried on a pair of Uggs to determine the size, and the ones I received were not of the same quality. Retired and on a limited income, I am really irate and want to see the scammers caught and prosecuted!
