I order a pair of ugg boots, for for my granddaughter for christmas, she worn them about 3 weeks, a hole came in the side of the boot and the thread coming unsewed, I call ugg austrailia they said that theycould not give me another pair, they said it was not there boots i order the boots from www.5815-uggboots.com
