While my XM Stereo radio began having issue with signal-strength in December an XM radio technology stated my recipient was damaged. Bought new recipient but same issue. XM radio technicians never solved problem, never delivered calls, as well as their customer support charged me for changing support to some new recipient without informing me concerning the cost. After I named to stop support XM Stereo they explained my agreement renews immediately (seemingly constantly) and there is nothing I really could do. Oh yes? I named the financial institution and had them matter a brand new charge card. Customer Support is unhappy.
