I have been trying to access the Dell Financial Website for the past 4 days to make a payment on my account. I pay online every month so it is too late to mail the payment. I have called repeatedly every day for 4 days trying to find out if the web site was down. I got transferred over and over and over to people I could hardly understand. No one could answer the question about the Dell Financial site.

I was assured my account was fine and that wasn't the problem. One lady told me it had to be my computer. I told her I could get to all the other Dell sites. I paid the $13 fee to make a payment over the phone so it wouldn't be late. I am very angry at being charged the fee. I told the person taking my payment the site was down. She said she knew nothing about it.

Finally, last night after being transferred no less than 5 times, a lady told me she couldn't get the site to load and it must be down. She worked in tech support at 1-800-822-8965. She didn't seem to know the site was down or when it would be back up. How can a company like Dell be unaware that it's financial site is down??? I have purchased 4 laptops from this company. NEVER again.
