Where to begin...
1) I paid for "rush shipping" when I placed my order. After nearly 30 days of waiting, I contacted customer service and found out that as a Canadian, "rush shipping" doesn't apply. Customer service told me they would refund it but I still have not received the refund. Also, WHY was this being offered to me at checkout? AND would they have refunded the extra charge if I had never complained about the slow delivery???
2) "30 day free trial" period expired before I even received the product
3) refused to extend the trial period
4) BRUTAL customer service - no telephone number, just "live chat" with people who clearly lack communication skills
5) hidden costs associated with acquiring a Canadian telephone number that weren't clearly explained on the website
Overall, I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this product and would strongly discourage others from dealing with this company.
