Purchased refrigerator from Howards with extended warranty. Freezer would act up intermittently, and not hold steady temperature to keep food frozen, but no problem with keeping rest of regular food cold. Service tech changed parts and left. Now freezer and refrigerator not working. This is the third appliance repair that I have had to have corrected by Howards in just the last year. Service department cannot be trusted.
