Ripoff top of the line Monogram refrigerator is a LEMON

Bought a built-in Monogram refrigerator/bottom freezer 4 years ago. Each year a repairman had to come out and repair the freezer that was leaking on my wooden floor, sometimes twice a year. The last straw was when I could not even open the freezer because of frozen ice. My husband opened it and now it will not seal.

Everything was ruined including my wooden floor where the freezer leaked water. Now the refrigerator is not working. I have been in touch with G.E. For three years about this problem. All they will do is send another repairman to fix the same thing that keeps happening. I cannot keep calling a repairman after my food is ruined as well as my floor.

I asked for a new refrigerator or at least a good discount on another and the answer was no. I have bought 3 g.E. Refrigerators for my house and office and we also own apartments that I must buy appliances for. But they did not care.

I am shocked at their lack of appreciation for loyalty and lack of compassion and apathy for someone who cannot even get ice out or frozen food for dinner because it is broken and that my wooden floor is warped!
