Yes i was in walmart fri a few weeks ago, a lady walked in and had a cart that had a 10 piece pot and pans box that was left in the cart, i asked the lady that received it and she said it would just go back to the back and get resold, i asked what if the person calls to try to find it, shouldn't you take it to the customer service desk, she said no thats not in her job description, so i went to the c/s desk and she came down and got the cart, then i was wondering still what would happen and so i called the customer service desk on my cell phone and she said no she didn't have it, this would of been fri 2 weeks ago, i'd like a follow up on this story if possible, the lady at the door was elsie i think and the store was in blytheville ar, my e mail is [email protected] rocky
