I had a stop in houston on 2/11 and on2/15 i was on my way to dallas this was my first time at this airport so i didn't know my way around when i asked the workers at differnt terminal for direction they were very rude and cut me off quick i missed my flight going to dallas because i got to the desk 10 min. Before depart time the lady at the continental desk said you are to late i sold your seats you should have be here on time and walked away there was another worker who helped &on my way back 2/15 2010 we asked a lady driving the cart to take us to our terminal she told us hurry up and get on i tired and ready to go home why you did not get on the cart that just passed you someone need to tell the workers how to treat their customers i will never used houston airport again.
