During the setup process, I didnt realize there was a dropdown to setect the area code until I was clikcing hte next button. It gave me a number form a different state. I was already connected to the live chat service area so I told them I needed to go back and change it, they informed me there would be a $10 charge. As I was in the 30 day free trail period, I told them if I could not change it without a fee, I would return the product. I guess they didn't care as they sent me the returns link. Too bad, I didn't even get to test the product and if it had worked anywhere close to what they claim, I would have kept it.
