We purchased our MajicJack about a year ago but didnt connect it until about 2 weeks ago. When we first connected it, it was horrible, dropped calls, several seconds of silence to the point of not being able to have a decent conversation. Then we chatted to several people online and they walked up thru some solutions. It got better but wasnt enough to where we wanted the product. Then we were connected to one of their higher technicians and he helped us unblock our firewall for majicJack to go thru. Thats all that it needed.

Ever since he did that, our calls are crystal clear, and consistant. Now the only problem is when i talk to someone on their cell and im away from my computer, sometimes I hear a second of silence, but not enough to not understand what we are talking about, and this doesnt always happen.

I paid 70.00 for 5 years with MJ, and thats with all the bells and whistles, voicemail, etc. I used to pay that to AT&T every month.

Oh and by the way I dont know if anyone knows this but we used to have Time Warner and didnt realize until a few months into it that it was also connected to the computer. And we paid 40.00 a month for that and it was the same service.

Im actually impress that we can chat with someone from MJ 24/7 if we have a problem. AT&T closes at 5pm every night. Now I just wish we could have the same resolution for the computer and cable TV. Good luck everyone...
