Had Direct Tv for over 5 yrs. Called to add an additional room in January and distinctly stated I did not want any additional services or a new contract. Representative said that there doesn't have to be a new contract since you're an existing customer and you are just adding on an additional room. Had to then go to a third party service to verify my information. At no time did I agree to an additional service contract! They just signed me up to make a sale. Ridiculous!!! Absolute Fraud!!! Now they want me to pay $290 cancellation fee. But offered to take it off if I switched back to them. Really?!
