Order a jacket for my daughter. I received it but wrong color and wrong jacket. Chatted with someone and she told me to take pictures and send the link to them so I did. Reponse back was sorry You don't like the color, Merry Christmas! Email them back and chatted with someone about five times. Now I don't get any response back at all. VERY BAD SERVICE!!! They want me to pay to ship it back to them. I don't think that is right they are the ones that screwed up the order!!
