Took 2 months for delivery of jacket and when it arrived, it was the wrong colour, size and a men's rather than the women's I had ordered. Even the tag on it spells Canada (as in Made In): CANADE!!! Everything about the jacket is wrong and not as advertised or expected. This was a huge purchase for me and the money I am out is a big deal for me. I have tried several times to contact the Co and no response except one that asked me to send a photo of the jacket I had asked to return... Not sure why they wanted a photo. The jacket is totally not authentic and I am so dissapointed and unhappy. I just want to return the jacket and have my money returned. Am feeling totally victimized for what was a genuine effort to buy a special gift.
